Lion India Pneumatic Toggle Press Machine has been specially Designed for Volume producers of Photo Frames to fit hinges & hangers on the backs. The adjustable L-bar and exclusive Hinges locators orients the easel hinge and back into perfect and quick alignment every time .This machine can be used to assemble Easel hinges on to a wide assortment of frame backs. The press can accommodate back size 3’’ x 4’’ to 12’’ x 14’’ in variety of materials including MDF, FIBRE board, Hard board and chipboard. For hangers different fixing head are provided, Boards can be located by means of side bars on a graduated scale. The pneumatic cylinder is factory set for best performance.
